The problem

You know the problem – what has been missing is the answer

A full diary, little time for yourself

I know this from my clients – whether they come from a tax firm or an IT company, the challenges tend to look alike:

No room in the diary

Long working days, appointments at short notice, business dinners. Everyday life leaves barely any room for training and considered eating.

Your fitness slips

A few flights of stairs or a slightly quicker pace already leave you out of breath.

Energy and joints

On top of that, low energy from poor sleep or the first joint pain – the effects tend to creep up on you.

You come last

When there should still be time for family after work, your own wellbeing quickly slides to the back.

Off-the-shelf plans

Generic training plans or diets from the internet fail against the reality of your calendar.

The result: frustration, standstill, or the next attempt that fizzles out.

My approach

Simple, doable, effective – how I get you there

Commitment, respect and honesty as the basis of my work

Complicated concepts usually fail in everyday life – so I rely on simple, clear routes that actually work. That goes for your training as much as for nutrition and small everyday habits: easy to put into practice, efficient, and something you can keep up.

I support you closely, one to one – wherever it suits you: at home, in the gym, online or outdoors. Commitment, respect and honesty are not empty words to me, they are the basis of how we work together.

How it works

Your path to more energy and lightness – step by step

Clearly structured, tailored to you

  1. 1

    A free intro call

We get to know each other, talk things through and clear up any open questions. That way you find out whether working together suits you.

  2. 2

    Intake and analysis

We record all the relevant baseline data, including bioimpedance measurement and metabolic analysis. That gives us the basis for training and nutrition that really fit you.

At the next appointment we get going: we tackle your topics concretely and you make the first noticeable progress.

About me

Who is behind Sußbauer Coaching

Over seven years of experience in health and training

I have worked in health and training for over seven years and have supported a great many clients one to one in that time. The challenges of business owners and the self-employed are ones I know particularly well – and can relate to.

For me, certain values have to be in place before we work together: commitment, respect and honesty. Without them, genuinely close support does not work. In my time as a personal trainer I have been able to help many people become fitter and more capable again – and that is what I would like to do for you.

Common questions

Common questions

Everything you should know before your personal training in Nuremberg

What does personal training in Nuremberg cost?

The cost of 1:1 personal training depends on how often you train. In a free intro call you will find out openly what an investment in your health and performance costs with me.

How often should I train?

For visible results I recommend at least two personal training sessions a week; three is ideal. With many clients I train twice a week one to one, and they do the third session on their own to an individual plan.

What do I need to bring to personal training?

Most of all, yourself – with all your questions, challenges and the pressures of your day. The session is about you and nothing else: movement for the body, a clear head, and a real counterweight to the working day.

Who is personal training for?

My personal training in Nuremberg is aimed at business owners and the self-employed who want to lose weight sustainably and raise their physical and mental performance at the same time.

Is nutrition coaching included in personal training?

Yes. Nutrition coaching and individual nutrition plans are a fixed part of how I work. Without nutrition that is matched to you, lasting results are hard to reach.

How much time should I allow for a session?

A session usually takes 60 minutes – set up efficiently so that it fits into your calendar.

Where does the personal training take place?

Many clients train with me at their home or at their company – that saves valuable time. Alternatively we train outdoors, in a partner gym in Nuremberg, or you use my online coaching.

How long does working together last?

That depends on your goals. My personal training is set up for long-term support, because lasting change in the body needs time to take hold.

What matters for working together?

Shared values are the basis of how we work: respect, honesty, openness, commitment and loyalty. Without them, close one-to-one support does not work. In the free intro call we find out together whether we are a good fit.

Already in a medically supervised weight-management treatment? Then my specialised coaching is the better fit – it is all about training and nutrition during the treatment.
